I am quite keen to book for the above venue in December, however given the current restrictions on gatherings from HMG is this trip still going ahead?

Hello Mr Young,
Thank you for your comments, I would like to share with you some information we have received from Warner Hotels in reference to your query.
Our UK Warner Hotels breaks are all in action with people booked on all dates shown on our website, I understand you will have may questions to how this type of holiday will work, and I hope the below answers some of your questions.
Arrival and check-in
On arrival day, all our hotel grounds, rooms and facilities will be available from 3pm allowing extra time to thoroughly deep clean and sanitise before you arrive. Please do not arrive before 3pm as you will be asked to wait in your vehicle.
To reduce the number of touchpoints, we ask that all guests carry their own luggage to their accommodation – if guests are physically unable to manage this then a member of our team will be available to assist.
Face Coverings
The latest Government directive states face coverings are mandatory in all indoor settings. So, we comply, we ask that all guests bring a face covering on their break.
We ask that guests wear face coverings in all public areas around the hotels (reception, corridors, staircases) and for nail and hair treatments and massages.
Face coverings are not necessary in bars and coffee shops, restaurants, bedrooms and anywhere outdoors.
Guests do not need to wear a face covering if they have a valid reason not to. This includes (but is not limited to) physical or mental illness, disability or assisting someone who relies on lip reading. We recommend guests print the exemption from face covering badge from the Government website – whilst this is not a legal requirement, it’s a useful way to demonstrate to other guests they do not have to wear a face covering.
There is no legal requirement for face coverings for our team members at work however we take the wellbeing of our team seriously so they have the option of wearing PPE in public areas and serving food and drink should they wish.
Cashless
To keep our guests and team safe we will not be accepting cash in any area of the hotel and all purchases must be charged to their room.
All guests must register a credit or debit card at reception to set up a room account during their stay for their purchases. This does not need to happen on the afternoon of check-in, guests can do this at their convenience during their break.
At the end of the break all payments will be processed to the card and a copy of the receipt will be placed under the bedroom door on the last night. There is no need for guests to go to reception.
Please note Warner hotels do not accept American Express or Solo cards.
Dining
To ensure we comply with social distancing different mealtimes are in place to manage the space and flow of guests so everyone can dine in comfort and at ease. Restaurants will also be open for longer.
Your breakfast and dinner times will have been allocated by the Group sales team in advance of your arrival and this information will be given in your welcome pack. All guests must go at their allotted time.
Breakfast is between 07:30 and 10:45 and dinner is between 18:00 and 21:15
To comply with current restrictions and social distancing measures, restaurant and cabaret diner tables are set for up to four guests. Guests travelling in larger parties will be seated at different tables. Our team will of course do their best to ensure friends and family are as close together as possible.
We are offering plated service for breakfast and dinner as well as table service in our bars and coffee shops. Please note there will be no carvery.
Entertainment
Great live indoor entertainment. To achieve social distancing, we’re reducing numbers in the show lounges and theatres and headliners will be putting on two nightly acts when needed, an early and later one. Your show time will be allocated by the Warner team to follow the dining times we’ve pre-booked for you. That’s not to say we’re forgetting our popular team shows and house bands – they’ll also be performing. At our 4 locations with Cabaret Restaurants, Alvaston Hall, Studley Castle, Corton Coastal Village and Lakeside Coastal Village, these will have a single performance.
While social distancing measures are in place, we’ll be using some of the dance floor to space out tables and chairs, so won’t be able to accommodate dancing. But that doesn’t mean you’re not invited to get up and out of your seats to throw some moves by your table.
We’re also offering indoor movie showings, indoor entertainment screenings, live sports in bars and lounges and team-hosted quizzes and games.
Departure
We ask that all guests check-out by 10am and depart the hotel by 12 noon.
Should guests need assistance with luggage if they can speak to the hotel reception the day prior to departure to arrange this.
Hope this helps !
